COLA Notification

Good Afternoon Head Start/Early Head Start!

We received an update from Compensation around the 2% COLA. Due to the effective date being (November 1st, 2019) which is in a prior fiscal year, retro payments will not be on this pay period for both bi-weekly and monthly employees. Please see information below:

  • 2% adjustment from 6/14 to present will be included on the 8/28 pay check for bi-weekly employees.
  • 2% adjustment from 7/1 to present will be included on the 8/31 pay check for monthly employees.
  • Retro pay for 2% adjustment from 11/1/19 to 6/13/20 will be included on the 9/11 pay check for bi-weekly employees.
  • Retro pay for 2% adjustment from 11/1/19 to 6/30/20 will be included on the 9/11 supplemental pay check for monthly employees.
